Gotta love the hiking in Southern Utah. Our second day in Moab, we decided to do an easier hike, that had more shade. Plus it was closer to camp. We hiked the Negro Bill Canyon. I think will become one of our regular hikes.

Phoenix was so excited to be released from her pack.
We even got the entertainment of watching some rappellers coming down off the arch. I don't know if I trust anyone enough to use our own weight to belay each other simultaneously.
Our hike out was pretty nice. Even though it was later in the day and the sun was getting hotter. We had a nice cloud cover and plenty of trees for shade.
